Version 0.5 of NewsFire RSS Reader Released
This delightful (and free) News Reader for Mac OS X just got better. According to the release notes, The new revision adds a title and summary list style, smart feeds can be chained, and feeds can be hidden yet still active.
I downloaded 0.5, and this is one slick OS X app. Re-sorting the feed list is wonderful eye candy, and the overall experience is visually pleasing. I would use NewsFire all the time if it were not for the multi-platform, multi-location capabilities I get from using BlogLines.
There's no excuse not to download and try NewsFire 0.5 now.
Update: NewsFire 1.0 is now available. You can download the full version here. It is now released as shareware, and the price is $18.99.
