Retractable USB 2.0 Cable
Keyspan has announced a very convenient devices for the road (but you can use it at home): The ZIP-LINQ retractable USB 2.0 cable. Only 4 inches long when retracted, this cable extends to 4 feet in length. It has a locking mechanism that allows the cable to remain extended as far as you pulled it, and a second gentle pull will cause it to retract again.Keyspan makes a wide variety of these cables. There are male-to-male, male-to-female, and many combinations of USB A, USB B, and USB mini connectors.
Keyspan also announced a retractable Ethernet cable, too.
