Bubbler makes blogging easier than ever
Five Across has released a new blogging service and client which make blogging very easy. Bubbler allows you to create and update web pages by dragging and dropping text, images, and even audio and video clips.I downloaded and installed Bubbler, launched it, and had an account created in 30 seconds. As easy as it is supposed to be, I found the user interface to be non-intuitive. I referred back to the Getting Started page on their website, and found lots of help (discovering the little arrow which displays the content panel made a big difference!). Every change you make is instantly updated on your published web page... which could be bad if you are prone to making thekinds of errors I do.
It looks like a very easy blog management system, but I'll be sticking with Blogger for now.
The Beta version of the Bubbler client is a free download (requires either Mac OS X 10.2 or Windows 2000), and the service is free during a 30-day trial period. Subscriptions to their blog-hosting service start at just $4.99 per month.
