iScroll2 makes you PowerBook feel new
Were you envious when the newly-announced PowerBooks boasted two-finger scrolling? I was. It was hard enough living without a backlit keyboard all these years, but now everyone with a new 'Book could scroll with their trackpad?
Daniel Becker to the rescue! His free utility iScroll2 (based on some public-domain code from Darwin) gives aluminum PowerBooks and all G4 iBooks the ability to do two-finger scrolling on the trackpad.
The latest version of iScroll2 has a preferences pane which allows you to customize the sensitivity and speed of the scrolling, as well as enable and disable features.
Did I mention that iScroll2 is free? Download it now.

Wow...the product is amazing. I've used it on my iBook for just over a day now, and scrolling with two fingers is completely intuitive. Hopefully it'll work with Tiger!
