Create, Edit, and Play WMV in QuickTime

Telestream has introduced a set of digital media tools which allow you to not only play Windows Media in QuickTime, but also to create and edit WMV files: Flip4Mac WMV Components.

From the website:

The WMV Player allows you to play Windows Media directly in your QuickTime Player. This eliminates the need for an additional player and provides the great playback experience and control that you've come to rely on with QuickTime Player.

The other components, such as WMV Studio, allow you to edit and export WMV video from Final Cut Pro, iMovie, and Cleaner.

The products range as high as $179 for WMV Studio Pro, but for a limited time, the basic player is only $9.99.

I installed this thing and couldn't figure out how to use it. Dragging a wmv file to my QuickTime app didn't work... I was was stumped so I removed it. Is there some "how to use" page on it?
