Belkin is first to Offer Wireless USB
Belkin announced last week their first Wireless USB product: the CableFree 4-port USB hub.
The CableFree uses high-speed wireless USB technology to allow up to four USB peripherals to be available to your desktop or laptop without the need for a physical connection to the computer itself (I'm not sure how this works, even after reading the press release).
I have to assume there is a USB wireless dongle that plugs into your PowerBook, and it communicates with the hub. I guess we'll know more soon-- the CableFree hub is supposed to be available in the Spring of 2006. No word yet on price, of course.
