Other World Computing now offers some great external firewire storage solutions that look great with your PowerMac G5: The Elite-AL Pro Series.There are four different models, with hard drives starting at $129 for 80GB, going all the way to an 800GB Dual RAID configuration for $749. Some of the models combine Firewire and USB 2.0 interfaces, while others are Firewire 800/400.
OWC says that all of the Elite Pro series hard drives are audio/video certified solutions, and are completely plug-n-play.
